Kunoichi Stage 2
Competitors slide down an incline on something that looks like a skateboard. At the bottom they jump off the skateboard, across the water and land on a circular platform. 
Only two competitors made it this far. Both of them timed their jumps badly and hit the water. A similar, and more difficult, version of this obstacle shows up in Stage 2, Seasons 18 and 19 of Sasuke.
No one made it past the Super Jump, so we didn't get to see the rest of the course in action. But we did see quick shots of the other three obstacles, including the Pendulum Bridge and Floating Bridge which show up in later seasons. Also frustrating glimpses of an obstacle we never see again, which looks like a series of rotating angled platforms.

Maybe it was because of watching the errors of season 1 and learning what not to do, but this time the Super Jump gave competitors much less trouble.
New obstacle. Competitors must walk along a narrow ledge against a wall. The Ledge Walk is similar to an obstacle in Stage 2 of Sasuke Season 6, although I think the ledge is narrower here. 
Competitors walk along a narrow balance beam, which is suspended from above causing it to swing back and forth. I assume the Pendulum Bridge is unchanged from season 1, but we don't know for sure because no one got to it before. 
Competitors run along a series of logs floating in the water. As with the Pendulum Bridge, I assume this obstacle is unchanged from season 1 but it's difficult to know for sure. With most obstacles the competitors aren't allowed to touch the water at all, but with the Floating Bridge that would be impossible. They seem to be allowed to continue as long as they don't fall completely in.

New obstacle. Competitors run up a steep hill. They are allowed to hang onto the edge of the platform if they can't make it all the way up in one sprint, which only one could.
New obstacle. Competitors must cross a log that rotates as they run along it. This obstacle previously appeared in Stage 1 of an early season of Sasuke. 
Just as in season 2, competitors run along a series of logs floating in the water.
